1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by The Harp, located at 13 Palmyra Square South, Warrington, WA1 1BL, United Kingdom

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Proof of age (valid ID) will be required to claim the prize.

• Employees, contractors, or anyone directly connected with the bar are not eligible to enter.
  
  

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all three steps below:
1️⃣ Follow our instagram page (@theharpbar13)
2️⃣ Like the giveaway instagram post
3️⃣ Tag at least one friend in the comments 

Each participant can enter once, plus an additional entry will be awarded if participants share the post to their Instagram story and tag us - @theharpbar13.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway opens on 16.11.2025

• The giveaway closes on 22.11.2025 at 11.30pm

• The winner will be contacted on 23.11.2025

• Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.
  
  

5. Prize

• One winner will receive a £100 bar tab to be used at The Harp. 

• The bar tab must be used in a single visit.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• The bar tab expires on 27.05.2026
  
  

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be contacted via direct message from our official account on instagram.

• The winner must respond within 48 hours.

• If the winner does not respond in time, we reserve the right to select another winner.
  
  

7. Prize Redemption

• The prize must be redeemed at The Harp in person within 6 months of the opening date.

• The winner must show valid ID upon redemption.
  
  

8. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that we may publicly announce their name/username as the winner.
  
  

9. Fraud & Misuse

• Any entries suspected of being fake, duplicated, or generated through automated means will be disqualified.
  
  

10. Instagram/Facebook Disclaimer

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Facebook/TikTok.
  
  

11. Anti-Scam Notice

• We will never ask you for bank details, card details, or payment of any kind to claim the prize.

• We will never create a second account to message winners.

• If you receive any suspicious messages claiming to be us, please ignore them and report the account immediately.

11. General

• The bar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.

• By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
